As you have read in my recent blog, I have just returned from Chicago, where I met some amazing athletes. One of these was Stephani. She was kind enough to let us have this exclusive video for Brandisworld. Many of you have asked me how to deal with difficult situations or setbacks. Well, learning from others is one of the best ways I know of to find inspiration. Remember, an injury never defines who you are as a person. The core of who you are, your spirit, your competitiveness never goes away. The challenge is to find another outlet for that spirit. Congrats to Stephanie.
